Palace
on Wheels :
The fascinating voyage on the regal Palace on Wheels offers a magical ride
across North India. This royal luxury train takes you to the beautiful
cities, historic forts, charming palaces and magnificent wildlife
sanctuaries in Rajasthan as well as the captivating Taj Mahal in Agra. Truly
a moving palace on wheels, the journey on this magnificent luxury train is
worthy of Kings. This magnificent furnished train has 14 fully
air-conditioned deluxe saloons, equipped with best international facilities,
which makes travelling a relaxing and pleasurable experience.
The names of the saloons are based on the princely states of Rajasthan -
Jaipur, Jodhpur, Alwar, Bundi, Kota, Jhalawar, Dungarpur, Dholpur,
Bharatpur, Jaisalmer, Sirohi, Bikaner, Udaipur and Kishangarh. The decor of
each saloon highlights the cultural ethos of the state and represents
through the use of furniture, handicrafts, paintings and furnishings. Each
saloon of the train has 4 twin bedded chambers with channel music, intercom,
attached toilets, running H/C water, shower, wall to wall carpeting, and
many other amenities. The furniture has been specifically been created for
the train. The train also boasts of two lavish restaurants and a well
stocked Bar
The train starts its voyage from Delhi and travel through the historic
cities of Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Ranthambhore, Chittorgarh, Udaipur,
and the city of Taj, Agra.
Royal Orient :
Enjoy a luxurious and a princely journey aboard the incredible Royal Orient
that takes you on a week-long voyage exploring the beautiful and vivacious
India. The train not only takes you to the princely cities of Rajasthan but
also to the vibrant Gujarat. This luxury train takes you to three major
locations in Rajasthan – Chittaurgarh, Udaipur, and Jaipur. You may
explore the magnificent forts, temples, and other places of tourist
attraction here. The Royal Orient heads towards Gujarat while passing
through Palitana Modhera, and Ahemdabad. You get to explore the Gandhi
Ashram, numerous temples, famous Gir forests, and Calico Museum.
Royal Orient is equipped with thirteen well-furnished saloons. Each saloon
boast of four large coupes equipped with all modern facilities. Royal Orient
serves exotic oriental and European cuisines.
Fairy Queen :
Fairy Queen is the oldest running vintage steam locomotive in the world and
was built in the year 1855. This pristine beauty is a Guinness Book of World
Records holder, for having the oldest working engine, and winner of the
National Tourism Award, this beautiful and elegant train rolled again in
1997, after a gap of 142 years.
The Fairy Queen takes the tourist onboard for an idyllic weekend trip
between Delhi and Alwar. The Fairy Queen begins its journey from Delhi and
reaches the picturesque town of Alwar in Rajasthan the same day. From here,
the guests are taken to Sariska Tiger Reserve for an overnight stay.
The 50 select guests, from all over the world, are taken on a two-day
weekend trip, which is a once in a lifetime and a memorable experience.
